Sisterhood
One of the greatest features of Delta Zeta is our sisterhood. The events are just for you and your sisters. We celebrate our sisterhood with various events throughout each semester. Sisterhood events include Crafting, Spa Nights, Movie Nights, Cooking, Bonfires, Apple Orchards, Hayrides, Zumba, Big Sis/Little Sis Week, New Member Retreat, Summer Retreat, Holiday House Crawl, Scavenger Hunts, and more!
New Member Retreat
The New Member Retreat is a night planned specifically for the new member class to play games and take part in activities to get to know one another better. The V.P. of New Member Education plan the Retreat. Many members of Delta Zeta look back upon this retreat after a year or two as a collegiate member and recall the retreat as one of their favorite memories of Delta Zeta.
Big Sister/Little Sister Week
After the new members have been in the sorority for a couple of weeks, we have Big Sis/Little Sis week. During the new member period, every new member of Delta Zeta will get a “big sister” in the sorority who will be there to mentor and guide her through her college years within Delta Zeta. Big Sis/Little Sis week is a fun-filled week for our new members. During this week, they will get showered with gifts each day and clues as to who their big sis is. At the end of this week, we then hold a special event to reveal the new members' big sisters. This is one of the most exciting weeks of the year!
 Summer Retreat
Every summer we have a retreat where all our members get together and catch up. We play games, do activities, and plan our recruitment for the Fall semester. This retreat is usually on a weekend, and the location changes every year. It's like a giant sleepover with all your sisters! This weekend is always a blast!
What does it mean to be Delta Zeta?
Being a Delta Zeta means much more than wearing pink and green letters on your shirt. It means committing yourself to values that promote growth within yourself.
Delta Zeta strives to live the values of our ritual and creed in our daily lives while exemplifying what it means to be Greek.
To be a Delta Zeta means striving to live by the values and purpose set forth in our ritual and creed. By following these high ideals in our daily lives, our collegiate women succeed both in and outside of the classroom.
Within Delta Zeta, we call it, "Enriching."
